Following the birth of their daughter Violet, who spent six days in the hospital’s Special Care Nursery, Laura and James were so grateful for the care they received that they wanted to give back in a way that was meaningful to them.
Laura said, “Throughout Violet’s six-day stay in the Special Care Nursery, we felt so comfortable that she was in the very best hands.
St John of God Geelong Hospital CEO Stephen Roberts said, “It’s heart-warming to see the community supporting our Special Care Nursery, and it’s particularly special when our patients find meaningful ways to say thank you and show their gratitude to caregivers for care they’ve received.”
